A Space to be Seen and Heard
Therapy is a place to explore the parts of yourself that the world doesn’t always make room for — your longings, fears, contradictions, and creative impulses.
My role is to listen deeply and attune to who you are, helping you connect to your own wisdom and vitality.I often think of human beings as pianos.
In our everyday lives, we tend to play just a few familiar keys — the ones shaped by our histories, roles, and surroundings.
But each of us has an entire keyboard of feelings, impulses, and possibilities waiting to be expressed.
Therapy is the space to explore that full range — to rediscover the notes you’ve silenced, and learn how to play your instrument freely and authentically. Each person’s path is unique, so our work together unfolds in a way that fits you. The “method” follows you — not the other way around.

How I Work
My approach is integrative, drawing from:
Relational Therapy – Healing happens through genuine connection. I aim to provide a relationship that models empathy, curiosity, and trust.
Psychodynamic and Attachment-Based Work – We look at how early experiences shape current patterns, with compassion and insight.
Somatic Awareness – The body carries emotion and memory. Learning to listen to it helps us feel grounded and alive.
Creative and Expressive Process – My background as an actor informs how I help clients explore and express their authentic selves.
These approaches help you experience more presence, flexibility, and freedom — both in and beyond the therapy room.
I have received mentorship in relational psychotherapy with psychoanalysts Ken Corbett and Lewis Aron, and I’ve studied family systems, couples therapy and a number of other approaches with distinguished clinicians.
